He began purchasing tax deeds in Texas in 1993 and has maintained a consistent record of successful transactions. A Certified Financial Fiduciary, John previously managed and sold a $52 million registered investment advisory firm.

Salve steps into the COO role with a strong background in operations, staff development, and organizational support. Previously serving as a Human Resources Administrator, she brings solid experience in training, recruitment, and financial documentation. She has also represented international manpower agencies, building relationships with community and business leaders. Salve holds a degree from Central Mindanao College and a certification in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Colegio De Kidapawan in the Philippines. She lives in Rockport, Texas, and enjoys singing, sewing, and crafting in her free time.

With over four decades of legal experience, Bruce Morrison brings deep expertise in commercial real estate law and finance. Since 1978, he has successfully represented thousands of clients across Texas, advising on transactions involving commercial, industrial, retail, and investment properties. His practice focuses on taxation, development law, zoning, title curative actions, and financial structuring for real estate investments. Bruce has also provided counsel on tax sale deed acquisitions and development, leveraging his understanding of property law and venture structuring to support compliant and successful outcomes for investors and partners.

Patrick brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in real estate investment, construction oversight, and business operations. His background includes managing acquisition strategies, project budgeting, and investor relations across multiple ventures. Known for his practical approach and disciplined execution, Patrick provides valuable insight into CORE’s property selection and operational planning. His broad knowledge of real estate markets and asset management supports the team’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and investor success.

Luke Berlet is a Colorado based entrepreneur and investor with deep experience in construction and property development. As owner of Berlet Roofing, he’s known for integrity, hands-on leadership, and a practical understanding of how to turn real assets into lasting value. His background in both building and investing brings a grounded, results-driven perspective to the CORE Tax Deeds team.

Carissa Berlet is the owner/manager of A and O LLC a construction company based in Steamboat Springs, CO. Carissa has devoted her time and energy to the office management and financial aspects of running the business. She brings a detail oriented perspective to the table.

With 30 years as a Licensed Occupational Therapist, Bridgette has built her career around organization, communication, and leadership across diverse professional settings. She currently manages administrative and accounting processes for Cutting Edge Core Drilling, Inc., including document control, scheduling, and tax preparation. As Co-Founder of T & B Sunrise Property Management, LLC, she oversees guest coordination, maintenance scheduling, and financial documentation for property operations. Her attention to detail and organizational oversight contribute to the team’s compliance and administrative efficiency.

With over seven years of experience in sales operations and administrative management, Sam supports CORE Tax Deeds’ day-to-day operations and marketing coordination. Known for his strong communication skills and reliability, he ensures projects and communications run smoothly across the team.
